The undersigned participant in the Cascade Golf Center Junior Golf Workshop and his/her parents do hereby release, relieve, and discharge Cascade Golf Center and their employees, agents, servants, or invitees from any and all claims, cause of action, and liability arising in any way out of any injury to the participant, or his personal property by theft, damage or otherwise during the time of the Junior Golf Workshop season.
