2008 Junior Golf Workshop

Junior Golf workshops are programs conducted at Cascade Golf Center. These programs are intended to provide a recreational opportunity for both boys and girls in our community. It is designed to introduce youth to the game of golf. These sessions are taught by PGA golf professionals, course staff and local High School golf coaches within a social atmosphere for players of all ability levels.

Ages 9 to 17 years of age

Cost: $89.95 + tax per golfer

Workshop entry includes 6 hours of instruction, handouts, and miscellaneous items and lots of range balls! Once the clinic concludes the student will receive a 6 round punch pass, 7 large buckets of balls and 2 individual 18 hole putting course passes which may be used through the summer months. (Punch passes are valid M-Th before 3pm)

Total retail value of entire package is $185.00

There are two sessions to choose from this year:
  • June 2nd and 3rd or
  • July 7th and 8th

Schedule of Activities

Workshops begin promptly at 9:00 am on both days and will conclude at noon.

Workshop covers the following:

  • Introduction to the game of golf
  • Golf swing fundamentals - Driving, irons, putting, chipping, sand play
  • History of the Game of Golf
  • Golf Etiquette
  • Golf Rules
